Shelby Goodman

Project Manager, Logistician, Acquisition Specialist, and Military Veteran with twenty-eight years of experience in the federal and non-profit sectors. His experience includes managing multi-million-dollar acquisitions and organizational development, spearheading talent management, high-level organizational scaling, data analysis, and leadership training in a fast-paced environment.
Shelby’s vast experience in the federal and non-profit sectors has equipped him with the skills and knowledge needed to excel as a Project Manager, Logistician, and Acquisition Specialist. He has managed multi-million-dollar acquisitions, spearheaded talent management and high-level organizational scaling, and has also been instrumental in conducting data analysis and leadership training. His ability to excel in a fast-paced environment is a testament to his experience and dedication to his work.

Shelby has earned multiple degrees, including a Bachelor’s Degree in Religion from Saint Leo University and a Master of Project Management from Boston University. He has also made several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Demonstrated Master Logistician, and Career Coaching Certification. Throughout her career, Rachel has held various positions of increasing responsibility, including HR Director, Program Director, and Lead Mentor/Trainer, allowing her to refine her skills and gain insight into leadership and organizational development.

Rachel’s extensive experience in training & development, and leadership has made her a valuable asset in the field. Her work in non and for-profit organizations has given her a well-rounded understanding of organizational development and leadership training. Throughout her career, Rachel has held various positions of increasing responsibility, including HR Director, Program Director, and Lead Mentor/Trainer, allowing her to hone her skills and gain valuable experience in leadership and organizational development.

Rachel’s commitment to professional growth is reflected in her numerous academic achievements, including a Bachelor’s in Political Science, an MBA, M.S. in Elementary Education, and M.A. in Global Leadership.
